No, she is on the federal payroll. The rules apply to her as well.
That being said, what has been alleged in her case is minor compared to what has been alleged about Clinton. But the principle is the same. And what is absolutely amazing is the hypocritical bullshit Trumptards will dish out to excuse the actions of the Trump crime family.
If Clinton committed a crime, by all means, lock her up. But be consistent, or otherwise all this bullshit abut making America great again is just noise.
