but is it a VIABLE resource? should you be FORCED to spend your tax money running radio ads and paying naacp federal money to "manage a program" which BEGS people to use GAS to drive pumpkins to "recycle" as compost or FOOD (uncut pumpkin). and who is eating this not necessarily FDA inspected / known food? who is the food inspector?

POINT IS: YOU THE TAXPAYER COULD spend that same money buying a farmer an upgrade part that broke off his tractor, or more square feet to farm on (which renders year after year)

IS THIS YOU DRIVE TO DROP OFF PUMPKIN, and they "promise" to feed people with it (we know they won't), a VIABLE PROGRAM to run using federal money ?

does it make economic sense? is it a +- carbon foot print even, gas considered?

are pesticides by pumpkin growers regulated? were such regulations dropped during Obama or Clinton ?

we know some pumpkins are grown in VA, but do we know really where any store's pumpkins were from or even from what country ?

this isn't a black owned white owned farming question
