that means in areas Democrats were "taking over", like maryland, fairfax, richmond
if you went to school an illegal alien had your job before you were even out of school
the rate would be double in your area meaning:

the statistic doesn't count that many graduates were illegals who got LOANS (gov loves to give because it funds their PAYCHECKS - leaving debt for the next generation to pay, it's called DOUBLE DIPPING). many illegals were given government jobs: meaning the loans were paid back by the taxpayer via increased pay.

areas like FAIRFAX ran (still runs) "fast track" programs that take illegals (historically - also DC implants, ie from SE where mayor barry was stealing the city funds)
fast track programs using (ie, fire houses / training facilities) to train illegal immigrants and GIVE THEM GOVERNMENT CERTIFICATIONS TO WORK, for free, on a "fast schedule" (easy tests). which is why they are named "fast track" meaning "fast track to work". it absolutely robbed and still robs the jobs of denizens in the area

Clinton era attacked USA military families - obama continued the attack
the "up or out" policy fired whites out of military "unless they were promoted". it increased military pay for those who were already promoted. clinton, of course, began taking in illegals too.
during obama the military was used to import illegals to pad the voting box for democrats and, many accuse, because obama WANTED (hired) foreign spies to undermine USA's military security
BOTH closed USA bases with military families, firing them (ie, without retirement pay, closing whole twin towns - the town near a military town usually survives of military business). this while OPENING BASES in foreign countries and USA filling them with illegal aliens - AND.
allowing military from foreign bases to transfer to USA. (infact, allot of germans escaped post-war germany by joining USA military - who had and has bases in germany - and getting a transfer to USA: the maryland base - and you see a strong german population there)
HOWEVER - these generous policies while other countries are skipping the bill AND ATTACKING USA's economy: must stop. must stop and demand some interest paid as well.
Mexico for example is: building casinos, high end real estate, marinas, FACTORIES that close USA factories. the time for charity is not now.

i forgot: mexico is also EXPANDING IT'S MILITARY (quite a bit) and working with anti-USA forces abroad - the same old forces from wwii infact
there's simply no excuse for rendering aid to the enemy - and the motivation is simple: cheap labor on mc'mansions and padding the voting box with democrat votes
