Not sure why they wont call him in this - he is an eye witness. Testimony under oath would seal the deal for Kav and he could be put on the court. Why are they keeping him from testifying and wrapping this whole thing up?

If Judge goes under oath best he can do is say he doesnt recall the incident and Dems would get to read his book about how he was a pass-out drunk in HS and College - that wouldnt look to good would it. So craven GOP is choosing to keep him away. Of course Dems will read Judges drunk-a-log anyway to verify at least the company the KavMeister was keeping in his child-raping days.
