Incorrect.

Jews and indeed Muslims are required to get circumcisions per their respective religious doctrines. In fact, circumcision is not required whatsoever within the Christian religion. Circumcision amongst Christians is almost exclusively an American phenomenon. European Christian men as well as Christians elsewhere rarely are circumcized.
