I just saw tootguy! I swear it was him!

I was stepping out of the elevator at work, and right in front of the door, waiting to enter, was THE EXACT IMAGE OF TOOTGUY! It was him!

And the creepy thing was, he stood there and just stared at me, as though he somehow knew me from somewhere. I am not ashamed to say that I was more than a little disconcerted.

Did he fake his death, in order to escape what had to have been a miserable existence?

Richard's "look" is ubiquitous. Go to any convenience store in Dale City and you will find a Richard Moreno willing to do home improvements for $20 a day.

The sad part is that William and Sharon think he is such a unique and talented artist. Go to DeviantArt or any high school art class and you will find the same scribble and doodles as Moreno's Instagram page.

They consider him the 'suffering artist' type.
The truth is all he does is 'suffering' part.
