AT&T and Time Warner try to merge: government blocks, mergers sue to continue

Oddly: Microsoft buying huge shares both in "cable companies" such as "COX Internet" and in TV stations were not blocked. These companies are now a DNC Democrat haven for distributing democrat propaganda.

The problems are obvious: time warner products would become prevalent on at&t serviced telephone / internet, there would be "less competition" and the company would become huge. But there are many "huge company" houses in NY and CA that own endless lists of franchises: the feds have not been blocking that either.

The reason competitors were not blocked from DOING THE EXACT SAME THING (by share ownership rather than by expressed merger, also mega companies that own endless lists of companies) ...

are not so obvious

(Trump should look into whether democrat remnants and revnants are not behind the push, if he is not doing a good thing at the wrong time against the wrong parties to question.)

It's also a wonder if mergers or tariffs are needed to compete with asia. But one can only imagine that these mega container ships of business conglomerates only make "quietly selling out usa industry to china" more likely and less traceable.
