65-Year-Old Swedish Woman On Trial For ‘Hate Crime’ Describes Intensive Harassment from Police
--------------------
in usa 80's 90's kids joked about the future having "thought police". unfortunately it's become very real
so where does this come from? (kinda like "zero tolerance", search ffu for references to)
in my opinion, like many euro and usa counties, Sweden took toward women politicians (women were under recognized, their time was due, yadda yadda). infact in their vanity these women began making jokes like "like the virgin mary" meaning - simply impossible. a hateful remark isn't it? not if women in charge say it - simple hypocracy as usual anywhere.
not long after this, female politicians decided to over tax so as to evict a young man with farm land (a meager house on some acres of land - who had continually been denied jobs). they evicted him at gun point. his name "Anders Behring Breivik". they then used the land for "government activities" (NOTE: they would have soon after sold the land to private hands - that's always how it works). anders attacked those on (his) land - which was an government run outing having children. a terrible act, not the right solution, by any measure. it was not a case where he should have defended his land with weapons on that day.
After that, and with Hillary's VAWA law in USA hot in courts, feminist politicians in Sweden began saying "we have to control hate speech".
They did.
Now they are excercising this law on people WITHOUT lands and WITHOUT weapons, who express dis-trust of government policy concerning (the immigration v. citizen question: who profits, looses, the laws, etc)
That's how I see this case: it started with a legal platitude reacting to Anders, to combat hate, they said.
