Not be registered and plan to vote in another state.
Not currently declared mentally incompetent by a court of law.
If convicted of a felony, your right to vote must have been restored.

And tomorrow the market will be back down to 24,000 and the crazy Trump unstable market spins wildy out of control and then crashes. Same thing that happened right before the great depression. Invest in gold and real estate NOW!
