however: in the 90's it was widely published that PRESERVATIVES (and red food coloring) were cancer causing and "not edible for normal meals". the chemists plight to make food last longer: FAILED and is still FAILED. also uncovered was that cherry pies at 7-11 caused diabetes and (2000?) it was found that halloween candy certainly did cause pre-diabetes in kids and could be avoided by: not giving your kids sugar products
all during this your country folk would be saying stuff like "CANDY ASS" and saying "don't eat sugar cereal it will kill you" and such - also some doctors warned about it - but people passed all that off as "non-sense"
even adults were eating honey nut chereos (still do i hear)
they (1960's-1990's?, or we) were "chemical babies" because exposure to (really harmful stuff) was never publicized to be hazardous and was all around us (ie, in kitchen products)
(probably all the poeople who quit smoking, when that was labeled as a cancer stick, were f'ing hungry)

I've noticed that when one of these loony, Trump-hating networks gets humiliated for putting out fake news, they come back hard the next day 10x more retarded than before. Quite bizarre, but I guess they know there are millions of low-info viewers out there that will still fall for it.

Soda is bad for you in general. That is not breaking news. Anyone who drinks chemically enhanced carbonated beverages is a dolt and a sloth anyways.

there was a HUGE push in the 1980's for more junk food by gains the "preservatives" chemistry
the junk food industry boomed on longer shelf life and stocks shot up it was a "big deal" back then
