Huckabee did but defended Trump not 'jumping to conclusions'

This guy gets 3 years for voluntary manslaughter. His story is that he was driving down the street to go home and someone threw something at his car, hitting his windshield while he was approaching a group of people. He panicked and floored it. Then, as he as surrounded, he hit reverse to get away from an angry mob. He stopped and waited for police once he was clear of the mob.

That's his story. The prosecutor better be able to prove otherwise (e.g. threatening web posts, witnesses testifying that he had premeditation to run over people, etc). Otherwise, will be hard to prove if in fact, someone threw something at his car as some peeps have already come out and said.

I'd say clearly self defense. A large violent mob wearing all kinds of anti American propaganda attacking your vehicle and illegally blocking a public road. The child feared for his life when confronted by violent thugs. It's a clear case of intimidation and self defense.
