Been with sprint for about 10yrs, I stayed eith them cuz, in the past, if I had any over charges, they would just drop them, and I would get a real person o line within seconds...and one I can fucking understand, so ive noticed about 2yrs ago maybe...when calling I got some indian sounding person that I gotta keep sayin,"WHAT", "WHAT DID U SAY"...and it now at times can take 20 minutes to get someone to answer.
