* No doubt money/trade is the reason


* of course Trump is right - though he doesn't say it: NK is spending loads of money on MIL while their standard of living is a strife of "obeying" and of having lesser goods. (more tanks, less wheat - they don't have the credit card to fund it all on while also demanding more standard of living goods)



And hey: WHAT IS SOUTH KOREA DOING? why isn't NK threating SK and why is NK facing off with Guam not SK ??

Summary: in the time it's assumed NK and all countries will have "the capability" of high intelligence space operations. It's about how much how fast and who pays or lives what kind of life while all that spending is going on.

It's about the speed of spending money, not about "having an initiative to eventually to be a bloc in space."

North Korea's like a homeless camp run by a nutjob with guns. It's worthless, but if you fuck with him enough he might actually do something crazy. And he always acts like this when he wants food and money. He's homeless though, so he couldn't do much without his whole tent getting destroyed.
