Its literally straight out of the movie Idiocracy. That's what they were doing in that movie during a crisis. I remember thinking at the time when I watched that movie how impossible it was that could ever happen.

What are the chances of them running out of natural resources to make these missiles??

Its not Trumps fault. Its been building a long time. Clinton paid the Koreans to slow ICBM and nuke development and it worked for awhile. Only 2 things will work 1. flatten N. Korea and lose 500,000 allies in S. Korea 2. build an international coalition to impose more sanctions on N. Korea and accept that they will have nukes and long range ICBM's

Its really not more nuanced than that. China is a key factor because they sell the shitbirds in N. Korea coal.
