Housing and commercial development is booming at the same time. I can't hire enough engineers to do the work. It is the effect of MAGA!

When Obama was elected the housing market crashed as well as every other economy and investors sat on their hands for 8 years.

Obama came in just as the housing market was in the infancy of failure which all developed under Bush's era. Obama inherited it. Just like any other President in history they inherited the good or bad from their predecessor. The stock market tripled its' score under Obama. Lets give Trumpty Dumpty 8 years and see if he can triple the stock market score or better. So far the stock market has gone up since the election. Hope it continues. Trumpty inherited an upward swing in the stock market from Obama and so far he's still making it go up. I'm for that regardless of what Party is in office.

The President, regardless of which one you favor, has very little to nothing to do with the stock market as a whole.

This time next month the market will be at half the numbers they are today!
