What wrong with taking pictures of women upskirt

Why do women always bitch when someone takes a picture of their skirt? why do they dress like that? In my opinon if they should dress with pants if they don't want pictures, that is my two cents

If I ever saw you or anyone do that, I'd knock out your teeth with a baseball bat. Then as you lay there bleeding, I'd tee up on your knees, thighs, and shins. You'd hobble around for the rest of your life.

Then, when I got out of prison, I'd find you and do the same thing to your arms, as you see me, and try to hobble away.
