Seriously, he's a little off-beat for a President, but he's also quite likeable, and hasn't done anything to actually fuck the country up. I just really don't have a problem with him.

President Truman threatened to beat a newspaper writer's ass for insulting his daughter. Americans didn't used to be so pussified. If you are offended by Trump you are a faggot and part of the problem.

OP here. Desperate for what exactly? I voted for hillary, and on a political level of course I might like to see Trump fuck up. I'm hardly 'desperate' to shore him up. But the fact is he's not as intolerable as I'd thought, not causing any untoward chaos as I had thought he might. Simply it's nothing I can't live with for 4 years, or 8 if you like....
