I have a suspicion - they got hungry (that fat boy looks like he gets hungry rather frequently), went to another chicken joint, and chimped out again. The owner, or one of the workers, or one of the customers, decided to go ahead and gun the both of them down. Their remains are now in some farmer's pig pen, being converted to tasty bacon, sausage, pork chops, and ham.
