Why do police officer have to carry guns? Its not like all of the rich, spoiled, pot smoking white kids in this county (who also pretend to be gangsta) are a threat to them. Just a thought.
Another thing...Why do these white, rich (if not rich then just spoiled), spoiled, gangsta kids act this way? Is it because of the "hard" life they have to endure?

(A) In re cops with guns:
(1) Because slapping with an open hand will not deter bank robbers.
(B) In re kids:
(1) Because it's hard being white and gifted these days. Too much pressure to excel.
