LOL! You've failed.
1. Reader's surveys are bullshit and have nothing to do with political affiliation.
2. All cities are filled with liberal democrats. Name a large conservative city beyond Salt Lake City (which is less and less).
3. Even attempting to make it political is stupid because the Top 2 'beautiful' are super liberal. Honolulu and Boulder.

You'd be ugly too if you ate crabs 7 days a week.

But face it, Baltimore has some things Fairfax doesn't have: a premier harbor, a light rail, Fort McHenry, B&O Railroad Museum (first railroad in the US), USS Constellation, several excellent art museums, football and baseball stadiums, two world-class universities, and cheap single family homes (and apartments). It's also closer to Philly, NYC, and Annapolis.
