How & When Is Mexico Paying for Trump's Great Wall?

I ran a credit check and Mexico's credit score was not very good.

Are they paying a lump some in cash up front, using a cashiers check, an installment pay as you go plan, or are they using a paycheck lending scheme to finance this wall.

For a high finance guy, Trump sure has been light on the details about how Mexico is going to finance this Great Big Beautiful Wall.

The actuarial doing the risk assessment for the finance committee is still reviewing their credit application.

Mexico was unable to come up with the cash downpayment needed to activate the construction loan.

Jared Kushner has this scheduled for action in January of 2020 - right after he cures cancer.
