Should I lie on my taxes to avoid my "shared responsibility"?

I was partly unemployed, then had a temp job. I paid my electric bill so I don't qualify for hardship. I had to cash in some 401k to keep afloat and them assholes want $1400.

Sure, no problem. Banks and employers often don't send paperwork into the IRS and eat the costs themselves, so you're covered.

I would have thought this was another Moreno troll post, but he would have no idea what a 401k was.

I encourage you to do that. I have been doing it for decades. It's the American way.

Just lie about your taxes. My family has been evading taxes since the 80s. I've lied about taxes, lied during polygraphs, and lied in court. I've never been caught.

Great thing about lying on your tax returns. If you do get caught you might even get free room and board courtesy of Uncle Sam.
