NSA, FBI, CIA, and DHS Encrypting Communications Against Trump Administration

They are very concerned that the Trump Administration will divulge all their means and methods to Putin and give him direct access to US intelligence.

Trump is now offered a bowl of lollipops and allowed to choose which one to suck on while he plays with his GI Jane action figures during the daily Intelligence briefs.

You are implying that they never before encrypted their communications at all. Is this something new?
