Tomorrow marks the start of the brave new world of President Donald J. Trump. But today marks the end of the Obama-to-Trump transition. They, and we, survived the interregnum, more or less -- and it was not guaranteed and is worth celebrating.I was going to have a viewing party of sorts with some friends at my place. I was going to have a barbique, drink some beers, and set off some fireworks. How will you be celebrating?

I have to go shopping tomorrow, and everything I buy will probably be made in China. So, the trade defecit with China is going to see an uptick on Trump's very first day. Not a good start for the poor guy.

They're no fun at all. They just delete and ban. Even anything moderately questioning the dogma by long-time posters they'll mod. Only forum that I've ever seen where they have threads where it's against the rules to say ANYTHING negative about a given political figure. Bad hair, whatever. lol!
