If the judge agrees to discard Keepers’ statements, jurors would not hear about Keepers’ description of her link with Eisenhauer, or about her confession to helping hide Lovell’s body. Defense attorney Kris Olin argues in the motion that any physical evidence found because of Keepers’ statements should be removed too.

So they laweyer said ...

"because my client admitted guilt when arrested, the testimony of that by the officer shouldn't be heard by the jury"

THEN

"because my client has testimony that should be removed, ALL EVIDENCE should be made to disappear"

has anyone heard of a judge who delete evidence of murder "to be fair"

if so, call me
