Sweet Water Tavern is wonderful !

Has anyone been to Sweetwater Tavern in Sterling? I think its fabulous! The old West Theme and they give great service. The food is very hearty and wont leave you hungry an hour like Cheng's Oriental Cuisine. So if you're in the Sterling area, try Sweet Water Tavern. Some times celebrities eat there too.

Sweetwater's Chicken tenders come with the best Honey Mustard in the world. But other than that, yeah, Bonefish is better.

This sounds like it was written by Meade, but I can't believe he had enough money to afford to eat there.

Ghey.

I think Meade sticks to the Cracker Barrels and Bob Evans type places.

From Meade's blog...

But I don't really recognize it now. My sister Sally still lives there in a condo group home, and we took her out to dinner at Stillwater Tavern. I really do like that place, and I think its one of my new favorite restaurants. I love the Old West theme in there, and its very large and a patio that overlooks a waterfront.

I think the Sweetwater in Merrifield is really good. Always had a great experience there.

But what the hell celebrities are dining out in Sterling??

Meade, a celebrity, is mingling with the common folk. Sterling isn't high cotton, but the servers aren't as uppity as in some parts of Richmond. And there are no hipsters in Sterling that ruin everything.

Well, I don't know if you would consider them celebrities but it's not uncommon to see Redskins players there. Their training camp is nearby.

All the hipsters left when AOL hit the skids. Now there are just Wegmen's and Carmax employees.

Ha ha! Nice!

I love those little doughballs of crack they serve. Damn, those are good.

Being vague is almost as fun as that other thing.

Yes! They remind me of Fausnaughts... these PA Dutch donuts that you can only get right before Lent.
