I went to fifth grade with a girl nicknamed fifi.

Never used one but, fifi's are purely a jail thing and should not be marketed as a more legit item. Those on the open market are not true fifis.

A true fifi consists of a wash towel (soaked in warm/hot water), lube (conditioner usually), tape (duct works) and a plastic bag if you can get one. Your imagination should be able to figure it out.
