RCP average has the race now at Clinton +4. Almost all the movement over the past week has been Hillary's plummeting. She's down 3 since the Sunday. Trump's numbers haven't moved. There have only been three polls of likely voters that include the day of Trumps brilliant visit to Mexico and his immigration plan speech. In two of those polls, Clinton is +1. In the other, Trump is +1.

Looks like it's tied up by Labor Day, just as Trump's campaign said it would be.
