There are two mistakes in the OP's post that someone having the kind of inside information needed to know those facts would not make. Virginia has Commonwealth Attorneys and assistants and the Feds have U.S. Attorneys and assistants, not district attorneys. Also arrest warrants are issued by magistrates.
