Or any other cities where there is out of control black on black violence and murder? This is just another group picking the pockets of poor blacks.
Do they not understand the biggest threat to a black person's life.......is another black person, not the police?

You are trying to make reason from a race that has an average IQ as low as 59 points. They have been given everything free in life. Untold trillions have been paid in welfare, free food, free housing, free college scholarships, head start, affirmative action, on and on. To no avail.
Blacks have more opportunities in America than White people, Asian people, Hispanic people do. In all countries they have more privileges than the indigenous population. But they will never show gratitude. They will never express thanks. They will always play victim and throw the race card when things don't go their way. It is like an entire race of children.
