Everyone knows why eesh was arrested. Eesh does not have money for an attorney and the Morenos do. That is it: Plain and simple.

With decent legal representation there never would have been a protective order. Without a protective order, eesh never would have gone to jail for blowing his horn, impersonating a cat, and whatever the hell other trivial thing the Morenos claim he did.

An attorney would not have been able to prevent a protective order from going in. The evidence of the things eesh has done was enough, no lawyer could change that.

It sounds very crazy and looks bad to start out harassing some stranger online, then to obsessively try to find out who this person is, where they live then drive 165 miles at midnight to their parent's home, leave a note and keep harassing them online, now adding in their parents. Then to receive a lawsuit for the stalking and harassment but then to once again drive 165 miles at midnight to this person's apartment and knock on their door.

Sorry, not normal, it's harassment, it's stalking, it's things that have been proven. The swatting and home invasion didn't even matter. Those two things was enough for a protective order.

As far as the charges go, he broke the law when he disobeyed the protective order, which goes to show he simply is a criminal who has no respect for the law and deserved to sit in jail for those 28 days; convicted or not he still paid severely.

As far as the horn blowing, he made the choice to stalk in a parking lot for two hours to purposely harass tje Morenos and he never would have been there if he hadn't told Tj Sadlee to harass Sharon on the phone, prompting the telephone abuse charge and he snitching on Tj for being the actual speaker in the call, causing him to be deposed.

See how no matter how you try to spin it everything comes back to it being the fault of no one but himself.

It matters a lot that William Moreno and company is harassing eesh--particularly while his family is simultaneously trying to use the law and portray themselves as innocent victims. The Morenos are doing the same things--and more--that they claim eesh did to them. The Morenos can not claim any moral superiority at this point. They are not victims. All parties are now guilty in this free-for-all.

With tits-for-tats and escalations, it matters less who started a war than who the winner or last man standing is. The Morenos have made a lot of enemies.
