Eesh is Don Corleone. Miz is the Turk. Miz wants to post about raping babies all day, without incurring the wrath of the authorities, (cary). He hopes to use eesh's influence to keep cary from banning him. But eesh responds 'It makes no difference to me what you post about - but PYBRs are dirty business. It's true I hold cary in my pocket like so much loose change, but his attitude wouldn't be so forgiving if my posts were about PYBRs, instead of Hambeast nudes and Friday pick'ems, which he regards as harmless vices.'

In the book version by Mario Puzo, the film producer is a pedo (he was involved with the little Shirley Temple like star) that is the main reason behind the horses head in the bed, Don Corleone found that behavior disgusting
