WTF is "the names of websites"? Why would the name of a website even be a crime? For that matter why anything that a third party told Sharon even be admissible?
Are the Morenos not paying enough for their lawyers? I realize David Trinnes didn't attend the greatest law school. but anyone who has even passed a bar exam should know better.
Sharon herself probably has porn on her computer and may not even be aware of it. It often happens because of advertising deals.

Why would anyone have child porn websites on their computer. I never receive ads for that shit. I don't think anyone does who isn't a pedophile. Miz has a huge collection though.

You would be surprised. You might not even see the ads. Situations like that are very, very common. Older website blocking programs would sometimes block a site but it would still be listed in the browser history. I used to do computer forensics.
But the funny thing is that in order for Sharon to know the sites were pornographic, she would have had to visit them herself. Thus Sharon Moreno now has not only the same browser history, but actual porn on her computer that is stored in the cache.
