Perhaps if there had been a sign like this at the club entrance the tragedy in Orlando could have been avoided

Even the cop on duty could not carry a sidearm. He was working "security" but was in cop uniform. He had to leave his gun home, I think even the sight of guns frightens Liberal Gay fellows.

That would be an issue here in VA. He is either in uniform (including a gun) or pretending to be an officer.

Given all the HIV positive, Hep A, Hep B, and Hep C blood in that place - anyone who went in to save a life was a hero.

Am I the only person wondering where the good gay with a gun was in this NRA disaster?

If this had been posted outside the club - the place would have been completely empty and nobody would have been killed.

Pretty obvious!

That sign "no guns" has worked in many other night clubs. It actually might not be a bad idea.

We certainly know without the "no guns" sign it was an easy target.

Yeah, alcohol and guns is always a good idea. Let have every nightclub in the U.S. have large numbers of guns in it, held by drunk patrons. You might mitigate one "Orlando" every couple of years, and have on the other side of the ledger, 500 drunken shootouts.

Anybody remember Plaxico Burris? Yeah, he shot himself, but he could have shot somebody else.
