So basically there were reports that a group of white and hispanic teens chased black kids down the street, a witness allegedly said she heard someone "I'm going to shoot you, [n word]". One of the black kids later died from asthma.
The police later determined this wasn't a hate crime asthma attack, as they believe it was about rival gangs having a preplanned fight. Other local sources state that the witness, an ex cop, who had allegedly said that she overheard the racist comments, said she was misquoted. However the NY times is still not reporting that she said she was misquoted, so now Sharpton is all over this and it's going to be a huge thing
