Oop! My mistake. That arrest warrant was for a Michael Joseph Basile. Sorry for the confusion everyone!

Eesh was instructed by his lawyer to pretty much barricade himself in his home so accusations like this don't happen. Dad checks in on him frequently as well.

peeping tom is not a blood spilling event, nor stealing something valuable enough someone could die (its not criminal)

it's a civil offense, a tort or "scoff law": which means it's non-arrestable unless on-going after being told to stop (by police or by phone or how ever)

it's not an arrestable offense however do not tell today's legal system that - they beleive everything is criminal and any reason to put a gun to your head is a good enough reason to bill hours and do a micro agression take down to put you one lower on the totem pole
