Hammy-beast: I've seen the video of her freak out on her then-husband. Plus, she uses drugs which means she may well steal from me to pawn something to get money for heroin as junkies are known to do.

lizzie: too volatile. Probably hangs out with a bunch of low-lifes who I don't want over at my place. Plus she likes to post pictures on this forum and I wouldn't want any of my private life here.

Moreno: pedophile, mentally ill. Never leaves the house and is a moody fuck. Interestingly enough he may be my second choice. Don't have to worry about him bringing anybody over because he has no friends. He is a junkie but it's prescription meds so I don't have to worry about him stealing from me to feed his habit. He would likely never leave his room other than to use the bathroom and eat. Probably would never leave the apt. other than court, therapy or trips to the mental hospital.

If you're not a friend of family memeber who has to try to help him with his personal drama, or get involved in his antics, i.e. you have no real stake in the whole mess and therefore can just sit back and enjoy the show, it's probably not so bad.

But the smell.. For fuck sake, as far as I can tell, he doesn't understand house cleaning, doesn't own sheets, and evidently only has ONE set of clothes. And he does NOT strike me as the kind of person who would consider showering to be a necessary part of a regular routine. It's very hard to keep squalor contained in one room.

A butter knife. Don't make it sound like it was a machete or a USMC fighting knife, or a Stilleto.

No it was sharp kitchen knife. But even a butter knife can be dangerous in the hands of an enraged psychotic individual. William Moreno is susceptible to violent outbursts. In that condition he can not control himself and could very easily harm someone. Supposedly he once took off chasing eesh and Lizzie with a baseball bat, and beat up one of the family vehicles with some blunt instrument causing extensive damage.

I really don't want to come home and discover he's ransacked the place. Or worse yet, BE there when he's taking a bat to the furniture, teevee, dishes, wall, ceiling, toilet, shower stall, what have you.

And I don't want to explain the commotion to the neighbors, landlord, police, or anyone who happened to drop by for a visit that day.
