Diamonds are controlled by the De Beers diamond exchange. However more and more independent buyers are popping up and lowering the cost because they don't go through the exchange.

#1 buy right with allot of gold forget the diamond
#2 make sure it's GIA and a heart appears under special lighting
#3 i told you so
