An obsessed fan was shot to death trying to break into Country Music Legend Meade Skelton's estate in Virginia early this morning. According to Henrico County deputies, Michaal Basl, a serial stalker with an extensive felony record including harasssment, intimidation, child molestation, vandalism, and attempted homicide, scaled three fences in order to enter the estate grounds.

He then proceeded to dox me, post my nudes and then stalk me with his cohort Monique in real life. This was sent a year before. He is clearly a threat, he has become reckless, sloppy and unpredictable. He is a danger to himself, anyone he feels should be targeted and society as a whole. It would seem a bit unfair to have him lose a huge case just because he wasn't allowed out to defend himself.

The hearing is Monday and if he misses the lawsuit he gets a default judgement against him and loses. If he attends the lawsuit, he's still going to lose.

It's a practical impossibility to be sued while serving a jail sentence. That is double jeopardy.

I'm not sure what part of parole, prison, conviction, still incarcerated you didn't understand but yes. Court was open on Sat and he's out on parole right now.

You're right. Tomorrow at 8:30AM. And interestingly enough, the offense date listed for the violation of the PO is 2/1/16. Which ties back into the whole starbans/dead cat trolling shit.
