I'm inclined to disagree with Gerry's inference that Ralph is brainless. I find Ralph to be one of the more entertaining posters here. When he does make a comment, it seems authentic and sincere. When he does find himself at the 'butt end' of a joke, he has demonstrated that he has the ability to keep his sense of humor. His remarks are often funny but never really mean. I say well done, Ralph.

Gerrymanderer2. While you sometimes sound reasonably intelligent, more often you do not. I don't think you are actually as smart as you think yourself to be. At least, to me, that's how you usually come across. A bit too pompous. Personally, I find you annoying. Petty as it may sound, I even find your FFU moniker 'Gerrymanderer2' annoying. To me, Gerry, you're never funny. I find your attempts at humor to be trite and contrived. I find myself avoiding or clicking out of a post if I see you are involved in the conversation. I certainly don't take time to read 90% of what you say as too often it turns out to be drivel. For example, you posted the Scarecrow picture to start this thread. I think that underscores my opinion on your non-existent sense of humor. If you leave, you will not be missed.

Wingnut. Lately, I do miss Wingnut and hope that he is not forever gone from this gloomy forum. His posts present him as a formidable ally in the war against stupidity and ignorance. His common-sense approach and bulletproof ego make him a titan of FFU. I have found myself laughing aloud at some of the comments and observations that Wingnut brings to the table. To me, he is one of the last of a dying breed. Soon to join ranks of many of the fallen All-Stars; inkahootz, Mephisto, Jen Money, Hoochanude, Washingtonelocian,(sp?) just to name a few.

It ain't worth much. Gerry is one of the few reasons I still visit this site. I appreciate his political insights and he has a great sense of humor. Ralph and WingNut are ignorant bigots with NO sense of humor. But then I'm sure that you find Ralph's pic of an aging hippie playing the flute hilarious when he posts it for the millionth time, which he will undoubtedly do after this post.
