Single shooter. Race:White or Hispanic. Car registered in Utah.

Hispanic. Police on the scanner were describing the one killed in the car. Hispanic with a shaved head and an AR-15 strapped to his chest.

Reason you are getting mulilple stand offs is becuase this area is heavily infested with MS13who think that the cops are after them.

Kind of sort of. If they are peaceful, they are Hispanic. If they shoot someone, they are White Hispanic.
