Hmmm...tough one but I'll go with herpes.

No way anyone would seriously call herpes their favorite! My favorite would be the easily treatable ones. Take gonorrhea for example. A "friend" of mine pissed blood one day and by the end of week he was cured. Fuck that herpes jive.
