Yes I have experienced this before and so have a few friends of mine. I ignore it -- it's like a phantom feeling --
Don't worry -- you'd don't have a GPS tracker or device implanted in your leg.
Really I've expereinced this before -- and thought I was going nuts -- but others have experienced this before too ..
