I wonder why people hate Meade SKelton so much,or have so much disdain for him? He seems like he isn't a bad person or anything. He has never stalked anyone or harrassed anyone. He seems like he enjoys singing and writing songs. I don't understand the hate?

I don't recall anyone ever claiming to hate Meade. Most of it is just good natured ribbing that all started many years ago when he became the first troll on FU. His late life virginity, blatant racism and goofy right wing religious statements just add fuel to the fire.
Trolls generally don't fare well here at FU. Ask anyone that's ever tried.
I'm pretty sure his parents are mostly to blame for his current predicament. It was probably them that persuaded him to live in some Andy Griffith meets Gone with the Wind fantasy world and clearly he had no one to talk sense to him and to prepare him for life outside his tiny little bubble.

Meade is far more talented than people on here want to admit, but they enjoy harasssing him because he does seem a bit self absorbed and he likes to talk about himself a lot on various forums. His vlogs are unusually narcissistic. But it could be part of his autism.

Meade may be a bit self absorbed, narcissistic, and promoted himself too often (not any more than any other local musician), but unlike Eeesh, he is not a harrasing stalking poteintally dangerous sociopath. He doesn't harrass people and stalk them offline and then make elaborate stories about them to the authorities. He has a good heart.

Ridicule and derision are not the same as hate. Nobody hates Meade, and some of his biggest fans are right here on Fairfax Underground. (Karen Leiser and eesh are both huge fans of Meade.) People don't like Meade's feeble attempts at "anonymous" self-promotion. People may think Meade is an idiot, but since he comes by it honestly, he doesn't garner much if any actual "hate" for being born they way he is. (Technically on the intellectual disability scale Meade is a moron, which comes above idiot and imbecile.)

Even by FFU standards.
If he just stuck to making bad music and bizarre YouTube videos, maybe he would be tolerated. But he also takes strong political and social positions, which is annoying from somebody who is barely a member of society to begin with.

I don't hate Meade; Meade is a pretty nice guy. I really don't subscribe to his flair of music but I do respect his views on the problem we have in the USA. Meade pretty much represents what is good with conservatives, a strong desire to make America great again after the disastrous last 10 years. After you get pass the "goofiness" of Meade you can see the strength of character in his personna.
