The two counts of violating a protective order is being heard tomorrow. Her other four charges are being heard later in July and August. Phillip Leiser is not representing her, but another attorney from that firm, David Trinnes, has been retained by the Moreno family to help with lizzie's defense. This of course, shows that the Morenos are paying for her testimony in the civil suit.
