All that trolling of eesh and blaming him for caans disappearance by a few people probably contributed to her imagination going a little wild there.
I think a few people thought there could be a chance eesh was involved, though unlikely.
He did try to make Lizzie disappear and it backfired. Did he lose it and try to make caan go? Was caan gonna testify against him soon? Those were legitimate, but unlikely scenarios. We didn't know caan was fixing to get locked up and that's why he left.
