optical illusion mystery

This isn't intended as a bash thread. I lifted this from the main forum

Look at the left (from our view) lens. The steering wheel seems placed properly. But if you look at it from her passenger seat view, its placed wrong. I took inversion into account and still am confused. Is she in an European car? Is the camera Cross-eyed? Am I missing something?

Haters gonna hate on her. That's y'alls pathetic issue. I did wonder about not posting due to that, but I can't stand an unsolved riddle.

The image is flipped as most phones do.

To prove it, take a selfie of yourself with the front facing camera with your right or left hand raised. In the image captured it will appear that the other hand is raised.
