As long as I can remember for almost 5 years we've had a humorous obsession with the goofy, sweet tea lovin' lady killer himself, Meade. What's the story with Meade? How did we find this guy? Does he post here? I know he reads some of the comments here but how we did we get to know and love this gentle naïve giant?

Is anyone penning a biography of Meade?

I wonder about this too. What is the reason for the fixation? He doesn't live here. It seems like there are countless people playing gigs around the state, so why pick this one? Is it just more fun to pick on a fat retarded kid with no talent? Or is there more to the story? Please enlighten the newcomers.

From what I can gather, I'm sure others can add on to the story as well, he did in fact post here I believe in 2010. Do some searching and I think you can find a thread from the 09-10 time frame. He posted something about "Local Artist From Richmond," and was basically trying to promote his music on this forum. Which has happened previously, Brett Davenport the "famous rapper," comes to mind. Anyways, needless to say everyone thought "WTF is this guy?!" And had a huge laugh out of the whole thing. Since then he has been the subject of both ridicule and obsession for good laughs. Some say he's retarded, some think of himself as an Andy Kaufman and it's all an act, while others believe that he is a registered user here. He does, in fact, read this forum as he's talked about the site in some of his videos and in his blog claimed that "mean people were making fun of him on the internet." Meade is a mid 30's virgin, who lives at home, loves sweet tea, has an obsession for Nicole Kidman, and thinks that he's the next Johnny Cash. Members have made claims of meeting the legend himself however these reports are unconfirmed. Most notably was a young girl by the name of Kati I believe who claimed to have slept with Meade back in 2012. Meade also has a very grumpy sister who never smiles named Gretchen. It is believed that he has fornicated with her on at least a couple of occasions. He also went by the user name Clit Scab on a DC Metal forum where he was banned for "peddling his stupid crappy music," on other users.

Meade use to pepper the board with all sorts of "Meade Skelton New Amazing Music Artist" type posts. It was clear that Meade was using anonymous names to spoof fans posting for him. He was trying to make himself look famous.

People started to get annoyed about how many fake posts he was doing. That's where all the humor posts came from.

Meade even admitted in a couple of posts that he did in fact do all the fake posts.

He is very charismatic and photogenic. He has "brass balls", not afraid to tackle anything that will enhance his career . Protestant Ethic? Maybe! He has been the underdog many times and, knowing this, is not big headed or supercilious toward the common man, always there to give sound adivce through his re-known tumblr blog.

Meade Skelton won the coveted "Most Respected" poster about 5 years back. He was a regular back then and a real "hot shit" with his quirky answers and rapier sharp wit. He hated WashingtoneLocian for his anti-Religious soap box ravings.

Meade is made fun of. He is autistic virgin country singer from Richmond. While his music is rather mediocre and bland, it certainly isn't horrible. Blogs have been written about him and his musings . He had a blog on tumblr and closed it because of controversial racist rants about the employees of krogers. Also in his blog he doumented his love for all things Southern, his obsession with actres Nicole Kidman, and his struggle with weight problems. This opened him up for severe ridicule.


Many people have called him out on his trolling , only to discover he is the real same person in real life and is just being himself online. Even though his posts were annyoing, he never caused harm to anyone, harrasssed or stalked anyone unlike certain **cough** other users on FFU.

What a cute little kid. He really grew up into a complete Southern gentelman.

The Kroger's controversy is bull, it never happened. Meade puts on a tough guy façade, a false persona, (with the weight lifting and marathon running) but in reality he is a gentle giant.

Meade did write racist things in his tumblr blog.
In an attempt to apologize, he actually made things worse by using the word 'colored'.

He did delete the entire blog.

Meade getting banned from Kroger was a haox.
Meade's racist rants were not.

He doesn't seem to get that it doesn't matter whether he thinks it is a racist term or not. It is offensive to most people of all races.
Christians are allegedly brought up to respect others.

Just a hoax, a sick joke perpetrated by one of the folks here who is jealous of meade's rapid and meteoric rise to fame.
