There are some basic rules you need to follow:

1. When you enter the interstate, please do not move to the left lane

2. If you must go exactly the speed limit, please stay in the right-hand lane

3. If you must go at or below the speed limit for absolutely no reason, please stay in the right lane but please do not draw attention to yourself by turning on your flashers. Better idea, don't get on the interstate.

4. When traffic is stopped and bumper to bumper, please don't lose your cool. It won't change the pace of traffic.

5. When traffic is stopped and bumper to bumper, stop changing lanes. No lane is going faster than another.

6. HOV lanes are for 2+ passengers, motorcycles, and hybrids. Cops monitor this. If you get caught, please know that it's your fault.

7. The emergency stopping lane is for just that. It's not for you to try to get 3 more cars ahead. Only a self-entitled douche thinks otherwise.

8. Look further ahead than your hood. It's easier to notice that cars ahead of you are stopped. Having to lock your brakes in stop-and-go traffic because you were somehow surprised is unacceptable.

9. Stop texting and driving. You aren't that important. If someone texts you, try calling.

Said the "left lane", not that you shouldn't merge onto the interstate. Comprehension isn't your strong suit. Maybe you shouldn't drive at all.

#1 gets me every time... lets merge on the instertate 10 mph below the speed limit, and then slide over three lanes of traffic into the fast lanes while still going under the speed limit...

push the gas pedal, and get up to fucking speed BEFORE enteringt he interstate...

Oh, the Red X lanes on 66. are not for driving in. unless theyhave a green arrow.

Maryland drivers. you don't need to drive 20mph over the limit in VA. the cops are not chasing you in VA...

Not driving related, but affects drivers: Pedestrians who walk and block traffic when the red hand specifically says don't walk.

Why do people drive with their bright lights on in trafic? It's more than just a curtisy to turn them down when approaching on-coming cars, sitting at stop lights across the intersection from another driver or driving behind other drivers. It seems to be happening more and more frequently and it is really annoying. Are people so unaware of others around them that they can't even fathom being the least bit considerate and not blinding them? Or do they just not care?

I don't know for sure but I think it's illegal to drive within 350 feet of oncoming traffic with high beams on. People are stupid and they don't care; a bad combination.
