CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) — A mistrial has been declared for four people charged with killing a Waynesboro reserve police officer.
Media outlets report that U.S. District Judge Glen E. Conrad declared a mistrial for Travis Bell and siblings Daniel Lamont Mathis, Shantai Monique Shelton and Mersadies Lachelle Shelton on Tuesday.
Defense attorneys sought a mistrial following authorities’ discovery that one of the defendants had obtained a list of the jury pool. The list contains names, addresses and other personal information. Authorities didn’t identify the defendant.
The defendants are charged with kidnapping, murder, racketeering and robbery.
A decision hasn’t been made on whether to continue the trial for two other defendants.
The charges stem from the slaying of 45-year-old Kevin Quick. Quick’s body was found in 2014 in woods northwest of Richmond.

1) the defense helps pick the jury pool - though possibly are not allowed to "know their address" or communicate with them ouside of the judge's and prosecutions knowlege

so the nog now also , in addition to costing the taxpayers another trial (if the judge cares about the motion), has a racketeering charge added
meanwhile - if the judge takes it as a mob threat - yet more costs of securing a nigger mob -safe jury is going to cost the taxpayer $$

a little know fact is before jury is indictment
fx co is well known to have been quite liberal to select government insiders and pay them to be on a list of poeople who, ... always indict in favor of the government
